The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team in Perth and develop their fundraising career. This is a primarily field based position; you need to be a hands-on trainer and passionate about charities, coaching and motivating staff members on site to achieve their goals

The primary aim of this role is to manage the initial training, ongoing coaching and staff development requirements of multiple fundraising teams, team leader???s and recruiters in order to reach company goals. You will be required to work in the field with other fundraisers and team leaders, lead by example and show them how its done. This is a role for one, who enjoys working outdoors amongst people, is excited by maintaining personal budgets and excels at leading from the front and staying positive. This role does require you to work in the field, 70% of you time will be working with your teams

To be successful you will have:

Experience preferred in: Sales Training, Sales Coaching, Face 2 Face, Promoting and Marketing, Cold Sales, Team Leading.
