They are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to service the needs of their rapidly expanding NSW market. You will be required to:
- Provide technical information and support to customers to maximise customer satisfaction
- Be involved in the installation, calibration and maintenance of equipment
- Maintain a high level of customer service and take the lead in resolution of customer issues
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Chemistry. Laboratory experience in the field of inorganic analysis and excellent organisational skills are essential as is the ability to communicate technical information effectively. The successful candidate will be well versed in the day to day use of laboratory instrumentation and be able to troubleshoot - on location and remotely and will be passionate about the provision of outstanding customer service. You will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package including a substantial car allowance and incentives.
