We currently have clients who are looking for Receptionist in the Bunbury and South West Areas
Specialising in:
Meeting and greeting clients
Managing incoming calls
Compiling telephone directories and keeping up to date
Maintaining presentable reception area
Forwarding electronic faxes and e-mails
Answering a steady stream of phone calls
Assisting with queries, deliveries, collections and general requests
Ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms are kept clear and tidy
Sorting and distributing mail
Organising couriers
Assisting with mailouts, word processing and other administrative tasks
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a receptionist capacity. You will be professionally presented and have outstanding communication skills. You will possess the ability to work as part of a team and a strong attention to detail.
